One furnished house vs five hotel rooms
A 30-night implementation, training week-plus-wrap, or visiting faculty cluster usually gets booked as a hotel block. That is five rooms, five breakfasts, no kitchen, and no place to run a standup without a lobby.

How we price the month
We do not advertise a fake 30% “monthly discount” that trains guests to wait. Medium-term is its own lane: less turnover, less cleaning, less vacancy — priced as furnished housing, not leftover Airbnb nights.
For 28–45 nights: 50% to hold, 50% before arrival. For 46–90: first month and deposit before move-in, then scheduled payments. That matches how serious corporate housing actually collects.
