East Atlanta Village weekend: walkable nights from Flat Shoals
The listing is not “near Atlanta.” It is on Flat Shoals, off Glenwood, in East Atlanta Village: restaurants, bars, and a neighborhood that works for a group that wants to walk some nights and drive others.
From the house: turn off Glenwood; 583 is on the right after the stop sign. Park in the driveway or behind the home — not on the front yard. That one rule saves the lawn and the neighbor relationship.
Use the house as a base, not a party venue. No events, no indoor smoking ($250 if that line is crossed). The backyard and front porch are the outdoor rooms.
Check-in is 4 PM; check-out 11 AM. If you need earlier, ask in writing — unauthorized early arrival is billed. Door codes go out closer to arrival, not in the first inquiry.
