You need a house you can put in a one-pager: bedrooms, baths, parking, kitchen, laundry, wrap flexibility. 583 Flat Shoals is an entire home in East Atlanta Village: five king bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, fenced yard, driveway plus rear parking. Camera team plus a couple of department heads can live and eat without a hotel lobby at 5 a.m. ## Hotel block vs this house A hotel block is familiar. Five rooms, five keys, breakfast if the rate includes it, parking often extra, no kitchen. Wrap runs late. Call is early. The house is one address, one set of house rules, two kitchens, laundry on site, a yard that is not the porte-cochere. You lose daily housekeeping and a 24-hour desk. Grant Park, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, downtown-adjacent sets, BeltLine-adjacent streets. It is a residential base, not a downtown tower with one elevator and a noise complaint every time a case cart rolls. It is **not** crew housing next to Trilith or Tyler Perry Studios. Those lots are south metro. IATSE commute windows are real. If call is in Fayetteville or a south-side lot, tell us. We would rather decline than pretend a 5 a.m. drive is "close." Park in the driveway or behind the home. Crew vehicles on the front yard are how residential streets turn against production housing. This is not a grip-truck lot. ## What to send us 1. Call dates and likely wrap. 2. Headcount and whether anyone needs a late-sleep room. 3. Whether the production office is paying, or crew is self-booking. 4. Parking count. 5. Whole 5BR or the terrace 2BR (30-night minimum only). Medium-term terms are stricter than a 2-night cancellation. That protects the calendar when a shoot slips and someone wants to walk away from a month. Payment for 28-45 nights: 50% to hold, 50% before arrival.
