Multigenerational stays in a 5-king bungalow
The house was built for groups that do not fit two hotel rooms: grandparents on the main level, kids downstairs, siblings who still want a door that closes. Five king beds, four bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens.
Main-level suite has the soaking tub. Upper ensuite is a quiet adult floor. Lower level has its own living/kitchen so the late movie does not own the whole house.
Pets are allowed with the stated fee. No indoor smoking. Quiet hours are implied by the neighborhood — this is a residential street, not a venue.
Booker must be present. Extra guests “within reason” is not a party. If the trip is a reunion with 10 sleeping here, say so on the form so we do not undercount.
