That is the room you give the people who should not climb extra stairs at midnight. **Upper ensuite** is a quieter adult floor. **Lower level** has its own living area and kitchen so the late movie does not own the whole house. Together at dinner. Apart when someone needs sleep. A 2BR EAV cottage cannot do this. A hotel corridor cannot do this without five rooms and a lobby.
