Atlanta is a dense medical market. Contracts rotate through Emory, Grady, Piedmont, and Wellstar. The housing problem is rarely “a bed.” It is a kitchen, laundry, parking, Wi-Fi that holds a charting laptop, and a quiet room after a night shift — for 8 to 13 weeks, not a long weekend.
583 Flat Shoals is a full 5 bedroom house, not a studio over a garage. For a pair of traveling clinicians, or a nurse plus family, that extra space is the product. Two kitchens and two living areas mean shift schedules do not collide in one galley.
What we set up for medical stays
- 30–90 day terms. This is medium-term housing, not a discounted Airbnb night.
- Washer/dryer on more than one level, dedicated workspace, parking on the driveway or behind the house.
- Standard check-in 4 PM unless we confirm early access in writing.
