30+ nights: same house for medical staff, crews, corporate teams, and relocations — monthly terms when the calendar allows. Weekly stays get 10% off nights; monthly stays get 25% (shown at checkout).
House rules guests ask first
- Parking: driveway + behind the home. Do not park on the front yard.
- Self check-in. Door and Wi-Fi details go out closer to arrival, not at booking.
- Central HVAC — keep summer setpoints at 70°F or above.
- No smoking inside ($250). Porch and backyard are fine. No parties or events.
- Pets allowed with the listed pet fee — say so when you book.
